Are these prices in USD?
Yes. All prices are in USD. We accept payment via bank transfer, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
What does 'one-time payment' mean?
You pay once when the project is delivered. There are no ongoing monthly fees from Proscale360 — only your hosting/domain costs, which are typically $40–$80/year.
Do I get a refund if I'm not happy?
We share progress updates throughout the project. If we can't meet the agreed requirements, we offer revisions first. Our goal is that you're 100% satisfied.
How do I pay?
We accept 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Payment via bank transfer, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or Wise — whatever works for you.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. A Starter Website can be upgraded to include a blog, booking system, or CMS at any time. Just contact us.
What's included in 'support'?
Bug fixes, minor content changes, and questions via WhatsApp/email. Not large feature additions (which are quoted separately).
